Truck bed had broken glass, sand, dirt, and sticky brown fluid left over from previous renter. Fuel cap was left off of fuel tank from previous renter. Check engine light came on shortly after leaving rental location

Usung the App I uploaded a photo of the vehicle cab being dirty. When I was closing out the rental less than 4 hours later to the same location the App asked me if the vehicle was clean for the next user. I stated no and got charged a $20.00 cleaning fee. I was told that I would be refunded but the rental personnel did not know how to correct it. This was very convenient. It seemed like a rip off. $189.00 to travel approx 120 miles in less than three hours to the same rental location is a rip off. Not happy at all with this experience.

Arrived to pick up truck, no truck available. Had to drive a 100 miles out the way to pick up a truck. Customer service at the pick up was horrible. Return location was closed, no longer accepted U haul . I had to call to get another location.

Explain to them fully if they are late returning they will be charged for another rental day and also an additional safe move charge.

Not my responsibility to get mileage and gas reading. Associate deflected her responsibilities, but ultimately caught mileage error and helped us. WILL NOT USE UHAUL AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCURACY ARE SEVERELY LACKING.

The person who helped us didn't explain why we couldn't rent the car hauler and became angry to the point of wanting to fight when I made gestures like I didn't understand.We rented the car dolly which was not securely attached to my truck by the site employee and came off while loading the car to be towed putting a two fist sized dent in my tailgate.

Had reservation for Alexandria, LA. Was sent to this location an hour each way out of the way. Was not given a discount as promised. Had to pay for the gas driving the truck an hour out of the way. No accountability at all by U-Haul. Representative had difficulty pulling the reservation info off the computer. Had to redo it.

Strike one ordered a 6x12 trailer almost a month in advance. Two days before pickup receive call equipment not available so you gave me a 5x8 trailer. Strike two Picked up the 5x8 to find lights didn't work. 2nd trailer was great. Not having what was requested cost me time and money. Because of loss of space, Had to make other arrangements for items that we had no room for.

The dolly use could be a little cheaper... 50 bucks for around 2 hrs seems a little over the top but overall very pleased!

Trailer was not road worthy when ready for pickup as one tire was bald and completely unserviceable. Additionally the staff were less than helpful and had to get the roadside assistance team to provide me with a new tire. Overall it delayed my trip by a few hours because the equipment was never inspected when turned in after the last rental.

Have a dedicated representative to service U-Haul business. One rep was working both the gas station and U-Haul portion at the same time. I waited 45 minutes just to pick up a trailer. Also, it seems like they had issues with their internet and printer. They didn't have malice intent but pretty unprofessional. I would recommend U Haul conducts a review of this location.

There needs to be a better way of determining how where the gas needle should be. I received the truck on 1/4 a tank & the man at the store tried to make me fill it up to 1/2!

Waited over 45 mins because of unavailable staff. Then there were no dollies available even though I reserved one. Had to drive the truck to another location to rent a dolly. They only had one staff and waited another 45 mins to be told they just ran out. Entire process cost me 2 hours of time and the trouble of moving without a dolly. Then waited 30 mins to return the truck. Then was charged over $100 for being late turning the truck in. Moving 1,100 miles away in 3 weeks and will definitely use another company.

The UHaul representative was also the cashier for the gas station / convenience store. It took the cashier 45 mins to finish with me while he continued to have to work both positions. The location did not have any of the three moving supplies that I ordered and was promised would be at this location.

The service worker who helped me was totally understanding and took the time to explain the process to me. He came out in the cold to load the dolly for me and unhook the trailer.

Have the equipment that I reserved there. It cost me more then the rental cost because the equipment not only wasn't ready when reserved, but I had to drive to multiple locations to get it. I will NEVER use or suggest UHaul after this experience.
