So someone left apple air pods in the truck and they tracked them all the way from philly drove up to my old house and went in the truck and got them when we where not home.. asking the people who where buying our house all kinds of questions...
Gregory BOriginal location for pick up was verified online however when I called the location they distinctly confirmed the truck was already reserved by someone else. I had to reserve a truck that was miles out of my way . The reservation kept getting switched to a 15' truck versus a 10' truck. There were no furniture blankets as ordered. The location had a terrible parking situation for leaving your vehicle behind during your rental. In the end I was charged for 79 miles for a 62 mile trip. Most definitely not the best experience with U-Haul and Don's. The only positive experience was the truck was newer and clean and the staff at Don's is friendly.
