When I arrived, no one was there. I had to call the number on the Door. The gentleman was in Lumberton and he told me just to open the gate and walk through his backyard and pick out a trailer. I had to load the 12‘ x 6 foot trailer by myself as a 68-year-old man that was very hard , then when I was driving the trailer bounced up and down as a result of a bent rim that I mentioned to the gentleman on the phone and he said it’ll be OK. When I returned the trailer the next morning—again nobody there and I had to unload it myself. Also, when I received the receipt, I had an eight dollar charge added for insurance that I did not ask for. I would love for somebody from U-Haul to reach out to me. I also have pictures of the rim and trailer.
