Truck was dirty and when I brought it to the guys attention it was just brushed off. I had to go to the store and get a blanket to put down so my furniture didn’t get all dirty . Very disappointed!!

I was very happy with this Uhaul location, after going to 3 other Uhauls in Gardner first & running out of time in the day, it was getting to be closing time, I'm new to the area & don't know where anything is. I was very glad after making 3 stops at other locations, i decided to call the number for Uhaul & got an agent on the phone who was efficient & very helpful, he referred me to this leominster store as well as put the equipment i needed on hold. The guys who work in this store were very friendly, very nice, very calm & very efficient. I was running late getting there for my appointment time, they would be closing soon, so i called to let them know i was on my way. When i got there the Uhaul guy, Joshua, saw me pull in, he met me at the door, he had all my paperwork printed & in hand, ready to go, walked me out to the lot where my trailer was, he had me all set up & ready to go in the matter of minutes. It was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever had in this type of business. I was so happy because it was down to the wire for me, about 5 minutes to spare before every Uhaul location would be closed for the day. The next day all my plans changed & i had to make a complete change in my drop off location & day. Again i dealt with this leominster store for the change, it was another young guy & Joshua working together, they did a little discussion about the right way to handle the changes i made, no more than a minute, they agreed & a few buttons pushed on their computer & it was all taken care of. Absolutely no effort on my part, they took care of everything & to top it off, with my changes it brought my rental price down a little & i got a little refunded back to my card. Awesome!! That was a bonus i didn't even expect. These guys know what they're doing & they're very friendly & easy going, it was like talking to a couple of my buddies. That's the kind of business I'll go back to!

AWFUL customer service. "Manager" Anthony was rude and unhelpful, completely unprofessional, and clearly no idea what he is doing. We were overcharged and have yet to be refunded. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone I know due to the staff being uninformed, and not at all well trained to work with people. I am very disappointed in this location, and with uhaul as a whole. Next time we will be choosing another company due to this experience.

we reserved a 20 foot truck a week in advance for a round trip the before the move they called to tell us that they did not have a 20 foot truck only a 17 foot truck they said we only booked a one way then they changed their mind and said that they did not have a 20 foot truck we should get a discount for being inconvenienced and lied to

Horrible experience. The staff, OTHER THAN THE MANAGER, were fine. The manager, Anthony, on the other hand, is just a weasel. He thinks he's the king of universe because he runs a "U-Haul". Even though he wouldn't even qualify for the Fries station at McDonald's. The truck looked new inside the cab but the truck sounded very rough. It almost stalled 5 or 6 times when trying to accelerate. The scariest part was when turning a tight corner...we thought a wheel might break off. If we hired Anthony to work for us, I would fire him for poor customer service and just being jerk.

Your personnel and equipment is fine. Your reservation system is terrible. I called to reserve a truck at my local U-Haul which is 10 mins away. My call was diverted to a call center. When I was told the truck was available I didn't know it was at a U-Haul center 30 mins from my house. I went to my local U-Haul only to find they had no truck for me. It took 30 mins to sort out where the truck was and another 30 minutes for me to get to the other location. Meanwhile I was paying one of my employees who was waiting for me to return with the truck. All in all I lost 2 hours of productive time which meant we were unable to get everything moved in the alotted time. So now I have to pay additional expense to move the remaining items. This is not the first time this has happened to me and according to your representatives it happens on a regular basis. You should inform the client up front of the location of the vehicle and ask them if that's acceptable.

I know it is what it is, and no one employee’s fault. But I have never rented from this location and not had to wait several minutes, even though I have an appointment and been on time. If 1-3 people walk in off the street just before you, it can get ugly. As a small business owner, I know the challenge of controlling labor costs and still providing great service. It just seems more could be done. Thx.

I had to drive my motorhome a hour to pick up the trailer when there are more locations much closer that the unit could have been brought to poor customer service not but the peole at the place I got it by by uhaul it self. I am again renting a trailer for another move and the person on the phone said he would "try but can say for sure he can get it to a more convient place" so I will find out when they call the day before if I have to make that long trip again.
