I have rented from this location in the past and was always pleased with the quality of the vehicles and the courteous staff. This time, I did not confirm the starting mileage or the gas tank level before I left and later realized that the truck had approx 70 more miles and 1/4 tank less fuel than indicated on the contract. I would be good for the rental agents to encourage future people to really double check these items and avoid extra costs.

When we first arrived the guy that was checking us out to get the truck hardly sad a word. When we walked ourselves out the to find the truck. The passenger side door handle was broke and could not be used from the outside. After getting in the truck there was no seat belt buckle for the passenger side, the horn in the truck did not work, and the doors leaked air so the whole trip sounded as if the windows were down. The truck was not clean in the cab or the back of the truck by any means. When i swept out the back of the truck there was glass, dirt and dust bunnies that filled a whole dust pan. None of it was from us we only had larger items in there that were new.

I lived in worcester and had to travel 45 minutes away to pick up the truck for my move which in turn cost me major bucks in mileage was told I would get reimburses for the travel but havet seen it yet. I rent from uhaul all the time for other things and this may be the last until this is resolved

Just thought that you should be aware that Josh the "manager" and others at the location I rented from were rude and unhelpful. They made me drag the appliance dolly to the truck and load it in myself, the truck was not started, the advertising sun visor was still in the widow, the drink holder in the door was filthy, the gas gauge was notably below one half full (the level they indicated it was on the contract) and the check oil light was on. When I drove the truck up to the office and pointed out that they were rude and unhelpful, Josh just shrugged his shoulders. When I asked about the check oil light being on he said just drive it, 50% of our trucks have the oil light on! Just thought you would like to know this... John

The service I received from the manager Anthony was exceptional !! He went out his way to make sure my rental was an easy process. An example was when he stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire remote pickup process and I should note it was after his location was closed so he stayed late. The return process in Leominster was quick, smooth and seamless. Great people, great product and great service !

Park vehicles a distance away from other vehicles such that there is enough room for the average person to get into the vehicle. I could get into the passengers side, but not the drivers side.

Not applicable because when i went to the rental location to retrieve the deposit i was arrogantly "informed" that i had missed the cash back deadline. I called earlier in the day to verify the amount and the availability of the balance of the cash deposit and was told everything was prepared 'to just come on in'. I felt beat up by the so called owner (according to his name tag) when upon arrival that i would not get cash back but would receive a chech in the mail. Hassle hassle hassle. Budget has good rates too.

worst experience with unprofessional manager at the location. Had a appointment, had gotten a text to confirm pick up, call to confirm and pick up and asked if i can pickup at 5 instead of 3, gentlemen said sure they are open until 6.30. Get there at 5 and the manager tells me that he cancelled the reservation as we didn't pick it up at 3. Not providing alternatives, doesnt care that I talked to someone at the location confirming pickup, just looks at me expecting me to leave. After 30 min of arguing with him he gives a local rental needing the truck to come back to the same location instead of my one-way. Unprofessionalism, lack of customer treatment and worst experience ever had.

Brian Farmer and manager Anthony was not helpful and was rude. I notice the truck has some attention alerts lights on I asked to change trucks I was inform that there is nothing wrong with truck but I felt uncomfortable driving, and that I was a paying customer and would like a different truck, I did not get a different truck. Brian was very rude and not helpful at all. I will never return to this UHAUL business.

I made a reservation for a 26 foot truck to be picked up at 9am on 8/27/17. I received a phone call on 8/26/17 that they could not accommodate my reservation and they could give me a smaller truck to be picked up at 1:00 instead. I called to speak to someone in customer service and was point blank told making a reservation is not a guarantee! I was then charged for 2 day rental and then told the over charge can take up to five days to go back to your card! I just looked at my recipt and was charged for gas too. I put gas in the truck to bring it up to where it was. I will never use Uhaul again and will tell anyone I know the horrible service I revived from your company! I also have pictures to prove that the truck was returned with the same amount of gas I got it with!!!

Spoke with clerk at pickup location about a one day rental (2 hrs drive from one state to another and could not rent online for one day). Was told if I spoke with the clerk at drop off I could get reimbursed for one day and one day for insurance. The clerk at drop off said I was misinformed and would not get any refund (actually got charged for mileage over even though I did no side trips (trip mileage needs better adjustment especially if I am renting for 2 days)). At this time, I will be renting from other truck rentals.

I got in my truck said "service tire monitor system" I went back inside the guy said "oh yeah we know it's fine just take it" I didn't want that truck but I was only going a short way & he said it's all they had ~ also I drove 7 miles and but in a gallon of gas yet they changed me $7.50 for EZ gas ~ they said I didn't bring it back with what it left with (I did) ...I asked how they came up with 2 gallons for 7 miles and the kid couldn't answer me....I will NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!!
