Reservation sent me the address of business that is no longer a U-Haul agent. Person there sent me to wrong address of the new location. Rented van from that location. When I tried to return the van clerk had trouble as U-Haul had recorded the rental to the non existent location they first sent me to so the system wouldn't allow the return to the location I had actually rented it from. While the clerk was trying to sort it out he kept serving customers ahead of me. Said store customers have to be served ahead of U-Haul customers. Very busy store so people one after another kept being served ahead of me. I finally stood at the counter said I've been waiting for quite some time, nobody else goes first until my U-Haul issue is resolved. It still took over an hour and a half to return the van. If I hadn't done that I'd still be waiting. Don't know how it's possible to run a business this badly. Obviously the clerk had instructions that U-Haul customers were to be made to wait while all others were to be moved to the front ahead of me as they arrived.

I booked at one location just to find out upon arrival they do not rent from you assholes anymore. The owners of that location own another location which I had to drive much farther to. If a location does not rent trucks anymore, why the fuck is that location on YOUR website. Absolute bullshit. I will find another truck rental company next time, even if it costs me a shitload of money. At least it will not be fucking uhaul anymore. Bite me!
Todd KWe were charged a $25 cleaning fee when we returned the vehicle. There had been rain the day we rented it, and we did track some dirt into the cab, which is unavoidable under rainy conditions. I did not consider it to be excessive, there were no clumps of mud, simply muddy foot prints. I don't believe that there was any mud tracked into the back of the van, but there may have been some grit. I was rather shocked to be charged a $25 cleaning fee for that, considering we found french fries and other small debris in the van (cab and back) from previous users (a small wood star, likely from a craft item, some small pieces of plastic, and loose nuts). I would appreciate hearing back from U-Haul on this situation. Thank you.
