- UHaul changed my pickup location from what I booked to which it was on the opposite side of the city from original pickup location request. - when arrived to pick up truck the wrong keys were in the lock box. Had to call to get that straightened around. - upon arrival back to Calgary U-Haul again changed my drop off location on me which again was not a convenience.
