The team at the pick up location were ready for us upon our arrival and were very helpful. I appreciated that the truck was hooked up to the trailer, the blankets were in the back and they helped me load the car. As an “even better if”: the location isn’t setup to service customers due to lack of physical space and facilities. It is also away from a main route.
