You guys stole $120 from me. Claimed to have given me an “Upgrade” but failed to inform me i would have to spend another $100 in straps to secure my vehicle. Repeatedly changed my pick up location cause me hours of wasted time in money and fuel. i’ve submitted a claim and was told someone would reach out within 72 hours and that has not happened. I am owed compensation.
