I was sent 10 miles out of my way to this provider and they didn't have the truck I wanted and charged me the higher rate for the truck.
JR JIt is part of a small country store and the U-Haul equipment is kept at the side. They carry no blankets or dollys. I had to drive 45 minutes away to a large city to find these items.
Gregory LGood customer service. Our trailer had a slow leak in the back drivers side tire. Had to fill it up 3 times. We informed Uhaul at the drop off location.
Linda HConsider lowering the prices, due to people making life changes and those are hard trying times during their move. I would recommend having representatives alway ask if a person is or was military service.
