I called ahead to this location to ensure they had an appliance dolly before I made my reservation. Upon arrival there were no dollies available for rent. I ended up still being charged for the dolly even though I never received one. The truck wouldn't start. The battery was dead. Find another location.

Change the hours to match the locations hours. The U-Haul app said I could pick up at 730. I called location at 730 when I arrived and was informed that they did not open until 9
Thomas PI made a 24hr reservation to pick up a 5X9 utility trailer with a ramp for 10am on 10/30/2024. I was there a few minutes after 10am and they didn't have any idea I was going to be there for the trailer. After getting everything straight I got the trailer and left. I returned the trailer at 9am on 10/31/2024 and was told by someone who was there when I picked up the trailer that I was good to go and could leave after unhooking the trailer. So I did. I called several times throughout the day bc the status of my rental online said "overdue" even though I was an hour early returning it. Finally, after 5pm on 10/31/2024 I received an email stating that my rental had been checked in and I was good. Now, I'm still waiting to get the deposit, which I was not told about until I was standing at the location to pick up the trailer, refunded back in my account. Overall, this location is not very good with helping or keeping up with the U-Haul rentals. Very poor customer service.
Stephanie VI turned the truck in around 1840hrs on the 15th. When I received the receipt, it stated that I turned it in on the 16th at 1052hrs, 14 hous later. I may seek out other options for my next move using a truck.
DAVID BThe location didn’t look like where you would typically drop off a rental truck (apart from the small U-Haul sign stuck in the ground). Very small parking lot and not very easy to maneuver with a 20 foot truck.
