The online check in and out is a little inconvenient. Perhaps it's just my generation, but I like dealing with people on-site not a website that takes you thru multiple steps and still you e d up needing to talk to someone from UHaul over the phone to complete the in and out. Mostly, it's not the location just the way Uhaul is choosing it's convenience over their customers. It took me about 35 - 40 min.of constant effort to pick up the vehicle and by the way they did not have the truck is requested and had rented allocated to me so we had to get a smaller truck that was available. The uhaul representatives were very good especially the lady I spoke to when picking up, the guy I spoke to on the return was OK, could have been a little more enthusiastic, but in the end mercifully I was able to leave the truck on the Un manned site like I found it and move on with life. Overall just not a great experience. The onus is on the customer..

CLAYTON BU-Haul advertising 5’ wide trailer but the inside rear opening isn’t 5’ wide. The trailer has 5’ on it but it’s not. It causes me almost 4 hours of extra work disassembling item so that I could load it. I a bit pissed off!
