Elizabeth was great and very apologetic However...the truck I reserved never showed up . Had to get smaller truck with more trips resulting in higher mileage fees. No offer to credit or compensate for major problems associated with this rental

PAUL CThe website allowed me to reserve an item not available at the location I selected. I then had to drive 10 miles north out of my way to pick it up. Please don't allow your system to lie to customers, telling the something is availabe at that location when it isn't. And, please give that lady in Liberty Hill better signage. It was a struggle to find the office, and while I was there, 3 other people called with the same issues. Not being able to find the office. Come on UHaul. Do better.
