The only issue that needs to be addressed is that I used the mobile app to return my rental, However, the internet signal was so weak at this location. I think you need a stronger signal or customers may have trouble using the mobile app.

KEITH Athey stole $60.22 from me by charging me for checking in after the 24 hour period with no grace period. I feel like they stole this money right out of my pocket and should be arrested. This charge is wrong and should be completely credited.
