If possible, I would give this location ten stars out of five. I’ve never experienced the kind of customer service I experienced at this location. The lady at the desk was beyond helpful and professional at every detail during our conversation. She even hooked the trailer to our vehicle, even though she had a cast on her leg. She was a blessing to deal with and I let her know.

Everything was fine until I got the bill and found out that because the rental dipped into the weekend my mileage charge went from the advertised rate of $1.25/mile to 1.45/ per mile (or in my case $117.84). Plus I was charged $40/day for Safe Move Plus when what I ordered was the $15/day basic damage insurance for the vehicle alone, (so another $75 overcharge of a total loss of $192 .84) that I feel cheated out of. Be very careful when renting from U-Haul. If the want to "improve for the next customer" they could start with a policy of transparency and honesty. I will be taking these charges up with my CC company.
