The gentleman who helped us was very kind and courteous. He even went out of his way to drive 30 miles to another location to bring back the tow dolly and furniture pads for us. We highly recommend him!

Keith went above and beyond to help me. There had been a mixup, and the truck I was rented online had a brake issue. Keith had given me his number the night before in case I had any issues and he came right out to help when I called about the brake issues. He tested the truck himself and set me up with the other truck on property. He was friendly and kind and treated me like his friend or family. Would recommend any of my people to see Keith when looking for a uhaul. Excellent conflict resolution. Got me right on the road. Great guy!!
BRIDGET ZI was under the understanding when booking it you got so many miles included with your daily rental not get charged $1.29 for every mile I put on it. That’s the only concern I had otherwise excellent.
