I was charge a large and unexpected fee ($181) after drop off. Truck was returned clean, undamaged, and fueled the to the required level. Unless the charge is removed, I will not use nor recommend U-Haul in the future.

Gentleman I spoke to was not welcoming. Area looked like a mechanism shop and wasn't inviting at all
WESLEY WThe guy basically took the key and said you are good to go....and then I get a BS bill for $14.88 for fuel and a $25 "cleaning fee". The truck was clean...cab emptied of all trash and I literally filled to the same level at which I got the truck at a gas station less than 2 miles away. This is simply a way to gouge customers an extra $40 and hope they don't review their receipts...which I am normally guilty of...but due to the terrible experience I had overall I looked and I am glad I did.
