The location handle my uhawl experience very well. But uhaul Corp was a huge disappointment. Your business processes are poorly designed. It seems there is little to no training in procedures in place for your customer facing corp employees to help customers when you have technical issues with your dealer website. What should have taken mins to pick up my rental took over an hour. Only though my diligent was I able to pickup my rental. Your normal customer would have not been able to pick up their reservation. Really terrible planning on uhuals part

DANA SWorkers at Adams service center were extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked if someone could help me and the worker said "I hate Uhaul. You're going to have to figure this out yourself. I don't have time for this shit."
