No one was readily available and the phone number on the door was not answered. The location was not well kept and it even resulted in a flat tire on our pick up. While Lilly was friendly enough it’s not a place I would have felt comfortable going to alone.

This U-Haul was the best I’ve ever been too.
Timothy TWell where do I start. I set up a u-halul in rice but when I got there there was no equipment for me to pick up so I cancelled my reservation. Next I set up a reservation in st cloud and on my way I find out that there is no available equipment and my reservation had been moved to Monticello which is a long way to go to pick up equipment and then drive to Holdiingford so we moved it to little falls which is about 45min from St Cloud but when I get there there was no one there to help me for about a half hour. So I am not happy with my hole move with using u-halul and now I'm being charged $100dollers for being over on millpage.
JASON BVery mixed up and does not understand the process. I received threats that the equipment was not delivered and a warrant for my arrest was in the process. Made several phone calls to get it straightened out
