Your App was frustrating and not user friendly dye to kept freezing. I called the 800 reservation to change pickup tiny and routed to NM and CiCi was not helpful at all

I reserved a furniture dolly with the trailer. No dolly available because "some guy last night took 10". What's the point of a reservation? I made it work today. For my reservation 6/30, that will not be acceptable.

I originally arrived at 7a for pickup of a truck at the pakmail location. Someone had not checked the truck in properly so I had no reservation. Overall very frustrating but this location was courteous and kind. Extremely helpful.

Very misleading on pricing, every employee i encountered with U-Haul did not seem to have clue on what they were doing or what was going on, i wish there was another option!

Was walked to one trailer I needed one with a 2 in. Reciever to move a trailer. Was walked to one with it. Then by the time I got to where I'm moving my trailer an hour later discovered he didn't give me the same truck he showed me because it didn't have a 2 in receiver the whole reason I needed my trailer. In all 2 hours of my life wasted because your employees were careless. Then they agree to not charge me for the first truck which they shouldn't have it's not what they promised me at all. Then didn't even offer a discount or anything on the second truck just charge me full rate. I'll never use your company again never wasted my time and lied to me. Missed two appts as well Completely floored. You walk a customer tee o a truck you should give the truck you walk him to not a different one.

I will be filing a formal complaint about this trip. I made teservations on Jun 8th and the pickup location was changed three times before the scheduled PU date. Then on pickup day I had to travel to three locations and still never got what I reserved. Not happy at all. You will hear from me.

Two different sized tires on trailer made for rough roughing. Also, we have requested pickup from highlands ranch location and x when we get there we r sent to one of the other facilities on Santa fe. This is more driving and expense for us when using the moving trucks

The last truck user traveled with a dog. There was dog hair on the seats and floor which flew around the cab during my drive. Please vacuum the trucks out between uses.

I picked up a one way trailer in Campbell California to be dropped off in Conifer Colorado. The agreed upon neighborhood drop off location was not available for three consecutive days after my arrival in Conifer Colorado. Their website said they were open when they were not and they would not return multiple phone messages. I ended up driving 30 to the Uhaul store in Littleton. The manager, Daniel Romero was extremely polite and didn’t charge me for the additional days past my agreed upon drop off date.

In the last week this is the 2nd U-Haul we had to get, and it was a much smoother, friendlier experience than at the other location. I used the online check-in which was smooth but we were concerned about the truck, so I pointed it out to the team there and they took care of it quickly, with minimal effort on my end. If I ever need one in that area again I definitely will return.

The biggest problem with uhaul is when you called to talk to somebody it takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to get somebody to talk to. This is very frustrating, you need to hire more people to answer phone. And they need to be knowledgeable about their product. They give bad advice and don’t know what they’re talking about
