This locations employees are not properly trained. Not only was I given the wrong information when picking up, I was not given a copy of my contract. When dropping off the employee didn't know how to enter the return of the vehicle so I had to wait until the manager could get to a computer and enter the info and I was not charged or given a receipt until a few hours later. I am competitive Unsatisfied with my experience with this location and UHaul as a whole. I am extremely angry and will never use this location, recommend this location or use and UHaul ever again. I will also never recommend UHaul to anyone and suggest that they use a different company altogether.

The check out process with Kitty, was great. When we got to our destination, we called to make sure we had the right address. I spoke with Daniel, who told me there was no record of me having rented the truck AND that we needed to drop the truck off at the same place, even though it was a one way rental. He gave me a number to call. I called the number he gave me, and there was no answer. I then called the time toll free number for UHaul and spoke with Mike. Mike was able to verify that we did have a one-way rental and gave us the address to the drop-off location.

Truck was dirty inside with left over water bottle in the door cup holder; a broken cigarette on the dash. I did online registration and then had to redo it at the location. Lastly, I was double-charged for the rental of the dolly and the insurance. The charge has not been corrected.

Unable to use app to complete transaction. Employee had no idea how to get my U-Haul reservation. Employee took way too long on the computer trying to figure out how to make things work. Nobody seems to know what is going on at this location. Truck was dirty. Also did not appear to be well-maintained.

This is the best U-Haul place so far. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers.



I was charged 134.6 miles when I only drove 34.6 miles. I always have kept track of the miles I drive and overcharging me like this is ridiculous. This is unacceptable to do this to people. When I was renting the truck I even said around 30-35 miles, and I stuck to that. And for you guys to charge me for 134.6 miles is just not right.

Very poor service, very poor attitude, very negative, didn't want to help me at all.. It might be a convenient way but its not when you have to move trucks yourself, learn how to use the truck yourself in the dark and find the lights etc.. Never again!

First...have the van cleaned. Previous person hauled dirt. Next..fill the vehicle back up with gas. Previous person had not. Third go over the vehicle with me , that was NOT done. NOT charge me $30 more than my Bill says!!!

It's a gas station location and only one person working the counter so we had to wait while she helped other customers. Then she was having issues with the computer to do our rental so it took a little longer than needed. As for the van it had leaves all inside and wasn't cleaned. The windshield also had a crack in it. When I told the associate she said they were waiting for it to be repaired. Not too impressed.

The side mirrors were locked in place and could not be adjusted. The clerk in the store said that was likely to prevent theft. I explained that not having use of the mirrors could be a safety problem, especially since there is no prior notice to the driver that the mirrors are not usable.

We rented a cargo van to move my daughter from UCCS in Colorado Springs to CSU in Ft. Collins. On the drive back I was looking at the mileage on the form Uhaul gave me to compare with actual mileage. It turns out Uhaul gave me paperwork (with mileage) from another Cargo Van...NOT the one we rented. The mileage on our van was less than what was showing on the paper I had. SO, they ended charging me for 300 miles of use, when in fact we only drove 272.60 miles. I was supposed to get a call today from Uhaul so they could let me know how this would be handled. Manaager was unavailable when clerk called at about 9:45P on 7/29. I never got call, just email with invoice. TAKE BIG NOTE; when you rent from them, make sure to check the mileage on the paperwork they give you matches what the vehicle shows.

Though I forgot to check the initial mileage, I feel that something is not right at this location. The fuel was at "full" when I left, but I ended up having to pump in 6.5 gallons when I only drove 25 miles. The mileage also showed that I drove 60 miles. I think this location is somehow messing with their trucks. I ended up having to speak with the manager who refunded me $14 of the entire bill, but I should have been refunded the full extra $25.

Train your personnel on the software to check in. My person did not understand the difference between assurance and insurance, nor did she understand why she had to run my card twice (assurance and payment). It took a half hour for me to actually get my truck.
