Uhaul switched my pick up location from Civic Center in Rochester to this one causing me to have to make another stop to pick up moving supplies and drive an additional 30-40 minutes (I went to menards for supplies because I was fed up with uhaul for moving my pick up). This place was self check in only. Self check in basically took me through all my rental steps again including picking a drop off location. That was frustrating since I chose both with intention and locked in my rate based on those locations. The person working at the store barely spoke English and the app bugged out while I was trying to check in. I never got the lockbox code and the app wouldn't let me go back to the pick up sequence. I had to call to get the lockbox code and pick up the truck. I will not be renting from uhaul again. Overall terrible experience from uhaul. Nothing against this specific site, I'm just disappointed in my experience with the app and the company.

Excellent customer service support
Ginger DContract was broken by Uhaul, as they said my equipment needed to be dropped off in St Paul. They charged me again and I was essentially robbed.
Courtney SCashier was helpful, but seemed confused on how to do a return. He would disappear for moments, help other customers, then come back to us. Very odd drop-off experience.
TED BThe owner/worker did not speak English, which meant he had no idea what I was doing there. I had to gesture for him to go outside with me to show I was dropping the tow dolly off. Once I unhooked and parked it, I tried to get a confirmation or an indication that he acknowledged that I returned the item. Guess what; I had to call and deal with customer service two days later and explain to them that I In-fact returned it. The whole process was a disaster.
