Livermore location was great. The call center customer service SUCKS!!!. I told person i would pick up trailer between 4 and 5 pm. They scheduled pick up for 2 , so i got a call at 4 telling me my reservation had been cancelled. Was able to get rereserved but not cool. Plus lady on phone who told me it was cancelled was rude.

Stressful moving experience with Uhaul. Made moving plans and truck rental 2 weeks in advance only to get a late afternoon call the day before that my moving rental is not available within 60 miles. To add to that they were rude on the phone. I ended up having to pickup a smaller truck than I needed for my move at a different location. The miles allowed for the one way rental is extremely low. I would never use them again.

I had searched the web for days looking for a pickup truck and was not finding any available in the area. The UHaul site was the same with the only trucks showing up way out of my area. I decided to just call the local site and low and behold they had trucks. Someone needs to address your poor website accuracy...It's costing you business and you don't even know it.

I end up putting way more gas into the truck than what was in the truck perhaps keepingcthe trucks at full would make it easier for your customers to accurately fill the gas. Also the trucks are clean on the inside the outside could be better. Roviding two additional names and phone #s is s bit unreasonable, essentially if I’ve aleeady previously provided them, keep them in my profile so I don’t have to provide in the app every time I rent a truck. Speed up the app drivers license verification, again you have my pic you have my license. Let’s keep this in my profile so the Check in process is faster and you remove steps from the app

Destination return time was stated to be 7am. However, destination office did not open until 8am. Lost an hour of time waiting to properly return the equipment at destination.

I was referred by the Dublin office without the address just instructions on the location. (Across from the casino) There are homes at that location and it's not possible to see it from the casino. I searched from 45 minutes before finding it. I would suggest all local locations have that information on hand. This facility and its personnel were friendly, professional and quick.

Truck was expected to be returned at 12:45pm. I returned it at 12:40pm, and was asked whether I would like to be emailed a receipt and I agreed. About an hour later, I received an email, but the return time was written as 1:55pm, and I was charged for an extra day. When I went to UHaul office, the issue was promptly resolved, but it was an unnecessary trip, which could have been avoided.

Quite a few dents and graffiti on the exterior of the trailer part, as well as 100's of bug guts all over the front of the 15' truck I rented.

My only complaint is with the reservation sydtem. We reserved a trailer and then two days before scheduled pick up we were contacted by the main registration center and informed there would be no trailer available on the day we reserved. This placed undue stress on us for our out of state move. In the end, we did get the trailer at the location we specified in our reservation.

J was over charged 50 miles and charged a gas fee when i returned truck with more gas than i picked it up with!!!! This was at the Livermore Uhaul on Gardella Plaza!!!

I rented for a day and they asked when I thought I might drop it off and I said probably night drop so because I didn't night drop they charged me for a second day. Not very happy about that. Guys are nice at this location but I would appreciate one day being refunded.
