The man at that location was irritated when we picked up. We got a call from someone else we thought was him that said we were dropping off in LA. Then couple hours later he called we told him he called we asked if he called he said NO I DONT KNOW WHO THAT GUY WAS I TOLD YOU THAT IT HAD TO BE BACK HERE THIS MORNING! we said there is no reason to be rude we are confused we thought that was you so we need to take the trailer back to you? I ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT! ok but we got that other call to drop in LA. Then he hung up on us. I got home and called the 800 number and luckily I talked to the sweetest lady that helped me I wish I wrote her name down. She was amazing if she is in the notes of the U Haul she needs recognition for all her help.

Vehicle had no fuel. The tire warning system light was on and the spare was on the truck.I tried to return the vehicle after realizing all of this and the manager was rude and only refunded me $8.

It seemed easy enough to drop off my trailer here, the worker didn't introduce himself he stated that he will unhook it doesn't need my name etc he'll check it in for me and to have a good day. Next day, I received a call from another employee who was stating they had not received my trailer yet and it was scheduled to be turned in today, I described the situation to him/troubleshooted, he checked & apologized, stated he had found behind another trailer and previous employee must have forgotten to check me in. Overall seemed to be a miscommunication/hiccup, otherwise fairly pleasant interactions with the employees.

Uhaul needs to figure out an alternative tracking and scheduling method. The entire experience was chaotic and absolutely awful. I will never use uhaul again and I Will absolutely be using their competitors for the rest of my life

The customer service agent at the location was rude. Our initial reservation was cancelled and no information was shared ie closes at 5 pm. The check engine light came on shortly after leaving the location.

This has nothing to do with the livermore location but it was a major inconvenience to have to pick up from Livermore instead of the Fremont location as I reserved it. Added about 2 hours to the process and tacked on another $50 or so in fuel expenses.

Sorry to say I had checked in online and still the lady first of all she did not even bother to greet he was busy doing what you was doing stalking or something did not bother to check us in for 10 minutes and I told her that I have checked online and still she went through the whole spiel he was huffing and puffing very poor customer service but that return time the Bella was good he was despised but the checkout was very very disappointing

The rep appeared distracted by another customer...saw me enter store but I had to go out and ask for help. I am not 100% sure but I think he was buying a car from this person. He didn't walk me to truck, just gave me verbal instructions and pretty much walked away. Truck was clean, however you could smell cigarette smoke still.

Ended up with a defective tire and got a blowout. Also, the original reservation was for a auto hauler from Dublin and the website stated that there was a $50 guarantee. My confirmation email stated that I was going to get a flatbed trailer instead and it was in Livermore which is 15 miles further from my home. The email also stated that I acknowledged that Dublin did not have an auto hauler available and they would do what they could to get me one and another location. I did not acknowledge that anywhere on the website when I book. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up.

FIRST OF ALL ANSWER THE PHONE. SECOND INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT. AS SOON AS WE PUT THE CAR ON THE TRAILER THE TIRE ON THE TRAILER BECAME FLAT. DUE TO THE TIRE WAS IN THE FRONT IT WASN'T NOTICED IT WAS FLAT. WE WAITED 4 HOURS FOR THE TIRE TO BE FIXED. WE WANT A REFUND

Right rear tire was warn it should have been replaced. Upon returning I inspected the trailer and found a big nail in it, the host took notes and will have u-haul tech look at it.
