Upon returning the vehicle, it was inspected by your staff, and nothing was mentioned about any additional charges. However, I later noticed that a cleaning fee was added to my bill. I would like to understand the reason for this fee, as the vehicle was returned in good condition and no concerns were raised during the inspection. Could you please review this charge and provide clarification?
Maxime WMake sure new vehicles have the AC recharged, was warm but I just unrolled the windows, simple fix.

Bruce HPlease tell the customer that they must open the text message when picking up the vehicle to make sure it is done. I was not told to check my text messages for the confirmation and vehicle picture requirements, and by the time I seen the message it had timed out.
