Fill up the gas tank before someone rents the truck. They say to bring it back with the same amount of gas but when the tank wasn't full to begin with you yry to guess how much to put in. I turned in with more gas than what they gave it to me with.
Michelle JOwner was never around. When I had an issue with the key, he was rude on the phone, would not let me finish sentences, and was generally not pleasant on the phone.
Brenda WThe windshield wipers were broken and it was pouring rain. The representative told us it would be a $40 service fee for the mud that was left behind or we can pay $25 cash . Even though inside the truck it says the cleaning fee would be $25.
