Falcon foods is a tiny snack/liquor store. She took a picture of the odometer, gave me the keys and sent me on my way. I asked for paperwork and reciept, she said it would be online. True, but I didn’t pick this place 10 miles from original pick up point and the extra miles were not added to my contract nor was I allowed a credit for last minute change. Drop off location, Doll furniture, at Normal was unchanged and is excellent.

Nicole DThe person working the register said just drop off the keys and I can check in the vehicle later. After hours I received the receipt for the rental, and he charged me 64$ for dmg/missing equip. What is that? The vehicle was identical when dropped off as it was when it was picked up, and I have video of both places and condition. He arbitrarily charged me for a generic problem to intentionally and fraudulently get money from the transaction. I still have the video of both locations showing no change in vehicle status. His contract with U-Haul should be terminated if this is a constant charge made by him which I suspect it is!
SCOTT RThe rep was very nice and wanted to be helpful. I appreciate that this place is sort of a "satellite" location, but I really needed the moving pads I ordered and instead of two dozen, I got THREE! That didn't help much and made this a serious pain in the butt. I had time constraints and no options but to use household items for protection and it really didn't work. I'm not happy about that at all. The truck was great and all else worked well.
