Upon inspection, the front door of the UHaul did not fully close. I was told “it’s not a new car.” When I checked the fuel tank it was on empty. Really disappointing overall and I will hesitate to use UHaul again (we move a lot) or recommend to friends/family.

The only issue is while pickup and there was no dollys given this is an ongoing issue last couple of times I never received the dolly and got charged for it
