The location was great but the UHaul customer service was really bad! We were getting charged due to a snow storm and being a level 3 and not being allowed to drive to drop it off then we we were finally ready to drop it off. It was late due to the drop off location, not clearing out their parking lot and we were not able to get in there without getting stuck so we had to wait until they did later on that night after being charged again.
