I went to this location after being treated horribly at your clark road London location. A location I will never return to nor will friends and family. The service here was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Fix your website and app. I couldn't upload my license when registering and when I dropped off the truck, it wouldn't let me return it. Almost cost me extra for an over night charge because the website and the app refused to take my mileages.
CELYNE RTzedal and Tess were friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable in the rental of the moving van. The inside and outside of the van was clean and it was an easy vehicle to operate. The parking area at this location was fairly large and easy to access. The mall that this U-Haul agent had a bakery, a variety store, a place to purchase pizza slices and a gas station was located across the street. A Canadian Tire and a Best Buy are located near this U-Haul, if someone wanted to purchase some items related to moving. Overall, this was a very good U-Haul experience.
