The problems I had wa getting in touch with scheduling. They need more people to answer the phones. I averaged waiting over an hour having to call them three times. That alone made me think twice about uhauls in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe salesperson over charged me. He charged me 155 dollars for only 1 hour of service. He also charged me for some insurances that i never agreed to. This location was on crown point indiana. I believed that i now received a 21 dollar credit but I feel that Im still being overcharged. Unacceptable can you please look into this matter thank you And the u-haul in lowell indiana were very professional. This is the location that i dropped it off
Atilano Sfirst time I tried reserving a truck I got there and the truck wasnt there and already gone, then I was scheduled for the week after and they then tried to send me to a different location which wouldve cost more. The final time I got the truck and all went smoothly and returned the truck same day to the same person that checked me out. And finally a few days ago I get a call saying your records showed I didnt return the truck, sooo yeah not the best here
