The gas was below 3/16 with a warning light to fill tank. The vehicle wasnt swept in the back either. When I went in to tell them about these things along with the link that kept circling I was told there are internet issues in that area of London.
MICHELLE AWindshield washer fluid did not work. Tires were bald. Location for pickup was changed twice. Pickup took a very long time.
ADRIENNE JI recently rented a vehicle from U-Haul, and the experience was disappointing. The car was completely covered in snow and not prepared for driving at all. I had to clean off all the snow myself before I could even start my trip. I expected the vehicle to be ready and safe to use, but that was not the case.
DMITRII MDo checkin check out on time. Dont take money for cleaning if the vehicle is already clean. If u haul is returned do remaining procedure as soon as possible. Why delaying for further process? Is it to claim money in the name cleaning fee? Staff has to atleast consider the customer.
