When I booked online, I chose in-person check-in. It was mentioned that the manager of this location is available until 16:45. However, when I went there, there was a note on the door that they had moved. There was a phone number on the note, but it was wrong. Eventually, I had no choice but to download the app and doing all the steps I had completed before on the app. Finally, I needed to chat with customer service to be able to locate the key. The vehicle was not clean, but I cleaned it as I did not want my belongings to become dirty. It took me a lot of extra time to complete this, more than half an hour, and experience a lot of stress. Very bad experience with this location.

The gentleman here was very friendly and helpful. He did a fantastic job. What wasn’t his fault but was the fault of U-Haul was the process to rent was extremely slow and difficult. The app wasn’t working right and he had a lot of issues with it. So that was a very big problem and disappointment on your end.
