Excellent service and very helpful
CHARLES MTruck had NO air conditioning (it was broken)!! Truck was difficult to drive because front end seemed loose with over 110,000 miles on it. Definitely would ask more questions before reserving again. Location had only one truck so swapping out last minute was not possible.
Gary VThe rental was perfectly fine. I would possibly replace the locks used for the pickup/drop box - the locks are rusted and difficult to open.
