The only problem was the parking. It is difficult to park around the location.

Truck had plenty of power, Bring down the cost.
HEINRICH KJill was super helpful and very kind. I appreciated all of her help and guidance. She made my experience very smooth. The only complaint was how the neighboring trucks block in the vehicles, which added a little to the pickup time (cause we had to wait for them to move out of the way), but Jill made up for that inconvenience with her expertise and friendliness.
ERIN FJill was awesome and super helpful from start to finish. I called initially to inquire about renting a u-haul where she explained all logistics for me. The paperwork was easy, she walked me through the photo taking process making my anxiety of being a first time renter minimal. The van was very clean both interior and exterior. I would recommend All American Towing and will be renting from Jill again if i’m in need of a u-haul. Thank you so much for all your help Jill. The cats were extra cute too.
