I could not find the location so I arrived late..however they told be my reservation was givin away. Nobody called me or emailed me to tell me they were giving my reservation away. I called uhaul direct and they told me they do not make phone calls or send emails telling customers there reservation was given to someone else. I went to the location where my reservation was made and saw 3 uhaul s sitting in the parking lot . I called uhaul direct back and demanded my reservation back . She spoke to the person behind the desk and they gave me my reservation back . Overall it was a horrible experience and i would not recommend anyone to rent from this facility

I was charged extra for gas after returning the truck with the same gas when received. The employee indicated he checked the vehicle and everything was okay and no additional charges would be made but then immediately charged me extra.

A gentlemen named James contacted me from this location the morning after I had dropped off my truck. He claimed that the drop-off location had changed to another location at 11:16pm the night before. Even assuming that to be true, I told him that I had already dropped off the truck at 6:30pm. Moreover, I have no record of that change and my contract indicates the original location (Storage Fox). James suggested that I come pick up the truck and drop it off at a new location to avoid a $300 fee. I told him that I was not going to do that as I dropped off the Uhaul as per the terms of my contract. I contacted Uhaul directly and was told by a representative named Aasisiya, that there had been some mistake and they would take care of it and there would not be any fee. Despite Uhual's assurance, I received a $60 fee from Storage Fox and a new contract/invoice for an additional day's rental signed by James Williams. I contacted Storage Fox and a different employee tried to tell me that I never dropped off the Uhaul at Storage Fox. After explaining to them that I had already spoken with James Williams earlier this morning who acknowledged that I did drop it off at Storage Fox, the representative said I should call Uhaul to dispute the charge because they can't do anything about it. I contacted Uhaul, again, to explain this issue and was told by another customer service representative that she would file a dispute. U-haul's model of outsourcing their pick-up and drop-ff locations to licensed dealers results in a lack of oversight over the locations where customers receive and release their rentals. As a result, the consumer suffers.

This was not my assigned and confirmed location for pick up. I was sent to this location from another location, the latter of which was my assigned and confirmed location for pick up. However despite the confirmation and assignment they did not have my van for me and I was sent to the secondary location that was 30 minutes away from the initial location. It was very difficult for me to get to both locations and cost me a significant amount of money.

Agent forced me to only have 6 hour rental when I needed a full day. Threatened me with a $300 charge if late. She also made my reservation for the wrong time.

The overall experience was ok. On the other hand, the guy who I initially dealt with did not check the cargo van for unmarked damages such as scratches and for amount of fuel available, even though he claimed he did. As a result, I checked all those things and a very helpful woman, who worked there, came to inspect the van and made the paperwork adjustments at the time of pick up. I did not want to be liable for pre-existing damages and for taking a van that actually had less fuel than indicated on the paperwork. At the end, things worked out well.

I was supposed to be able to pick up my van at 7:30am on my own, however when I got there and tried to use the Uhaul app to pick up my vehicle, the app told me "No vehicle has been assigned to your reservation". I ended up waiting there until 8am when they opened, and even then I was not immediately taken care of. I was on a tight schedule, only having from 8-11am to move out because of my building's policies, and Storage Fox did not deliver.

The complimentary coffee was quite nice. However, there were no lids, so when the truck went over a bump, it spilled coffee on the dashboard. Please make sure there are lids to go with coffee. Everything else went just fine!

The blankets I rented were dirty so I wasn't able to use all of them. Other than that, my experience was wonderful. The gentleman who helped me at the counter was kind, efficient, informative and is the reason I will recommend this location to friends and family.

Whilst the people at storage fox were nice and did everything they could properly, the actual booking via uhaul was horrible from start to finish. Express check in not allowed for licences outside of US - have to enter zipcode. 4 days before our actual booking our van time got shortened from 10 hrs to 8 hrs. Then 2 days before it got shortened again to 6hrs. Called to complain and request extension which happened, back to 8 hrs. Arrived on day of booking to find it had been shortened to 5.5hrs with no possibility of extending! So stressful. Got screwed over. Had we known this is what would happen we would have gone with a different company. Never trusting uhaul again - first and last experience.

The original place I had my reservation did not have a car for me. The attendant was unapologetic and flat out rude. I had to drive 30 minutes from Brooklyn to Queens on a Saturday to get a car. That traffic route is very crowded, and not easy to drive in a car, let alone a van. IT was miserable. I cannot believe the original location did not have a car for? What is the point of a reservation-also I was 20 minutes EARLY to the appt. To add insult to injury. The dispatcher who redirected me to the second location said I would get a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I get the bill and no credit was assigned. Do you guys not communicate with one another? What is the deal. Ridiculously terrible service that made a difficult task a nightmare.
