For what I was charged the truck was not clean and was beat up the reservation was not found it was beyond difficult to deal with the online trying to get fixed ,equipment had asked for in the original reservation was not provided I will go elsewhere next time 🤬

JOICE GYou want me to write a review for U-Haul but only make it about the pick up location!? The location was FINE what we are severally disappointed on is the lack of prep. We were NEVER called regarding pick up location which resulted in us losing nearly an HOUR of our reserved time. The pick up location was able to push the drop off back for us but we also didn’t have ANY of the extra dollys or furniture pads PAID FOR. Do better.
