Your phone response system is terrible. I waited for 10 to 20 minutes every time I called. It appears intentional to drive the customer to your website. When I finally reached an operator, the person was very helpful. The people at the location were also very helpful. You need to adjust the phone wait times so that if your website cannot be reached, customers can talk with a customer service representative in a reasonable amount of time.CHARLESRANDALL K.

The manager was rude and accused me of switching tires on the uhaul trailer said that 2 of tires look all worn out, I didn't do anything to the tires. And she charged me for a whole extra day rental because she said I was an hour late, I ordered the trailer to be picked up at 3pm but they were so slow that it took over an hour in line before I got the trailer it was 4:45pm. I rented for 24 hours and returned at 5 pm. I was charged for 2 days rental. I use uhaul twice a month. I generally try to stay away from her stores.Daniel B.

From the moment I contacted u-haul was great. Only when I returned the truck one of the guys who checked me in was super rude and racist because there was a bit of dirt inside the truck. I didn't think about it as I have no problem picking up a broom and clean it. Anyway he had me do the cleaning, otherwise he was going to charge $125 for that. Overall great experience just be careful with the guy when returning your rented truck.Juan C.

One recommendation I'd make is maybe have a push notification (email or text) 15 or 30 min. prior to the pick up time and prompt the online check in process, or remind them to do it if they haven't done it already. The truck seemed like it was on its last leg. It was clean but you could tell it was old and had alot of miles on it. The place was clean and well maintained and the lady that I spoke with was really sweet and nice. The only down side was we were given a truck with only an eighth of a tank left. That is not that much gas and the warning light came on only a few miles down the road. I would hope that uhaul would only give trucks out with at least half a tank of gas. It makes it hard on the customer to have to get gas right away then again when turning it in.BJ L.
