More information is needed when you order from this location, I lost 45 minutes of time on the phone and talking to people thru chat and voice all because I didn't have a code for the Lock Box. The online ordering process did not work very well, Im standing in front of the location uploading pictures of my drivers license, then Im required to take photos of the vehicle to upload. This would not work for an older person or someone who is not tech savy. I will make sure in the future to go to a location that has a human being to help me. Otherwise all worked well for the move
