All employees were friendly and very helpful . My 1st time renting a uhal and the guy who helped explain to me all the details . Cashiers were also very friendly and fast was able to get in and out in less than 5mns .

The employees were the only positive. This was supposed to be a Self Service facility that I would be able to access the rental without any employees assistance or waiting for the facility to open. I showed up at 9:30a to pick up the truck and accessed the app to only have a message that there is no vehicle assigned to my reservation and to contact Manu 24/7 for assistance. I called 2 times and texted to not receive any response. I finally was able to pick up the rental AFTER 10:30a, once the facility was open. This misinformation wasted an entire hour and delayed my move. This is totally unacceptable and U Haul has a real problem not only at the facility but with your app. U Haul is attempting to promote themselves as a self service 21st century company but has not bothered to work out the kinks but continues to market this way to pick up a rental that just doesn't work. All the employees at the facility informed us that the app has NEVER worked and they ALWAYS run into this same problem. I think U Haul owes me some form of reimbursement for not only failing to fulfill their advertising but for creating a delay in my move.

Nothing wrong with the location. And the folks at EZ Storage are great. Only UHAUL corporate policy pretty much sucks. We reserved for one location then called back when no confirmation was forthcoming. To find out that you had no trucks at location we reserved. So apparently if you cant confirm you ignore? Nice policy. Eventually we were taken care of. Other sucky policies: 1) trying to get us to accept a shorter than 24 hour rental period even though we are paying for 24 hours. So you are double-booking? dont pretend its customer service...its just greed. Like charging $30 if we bring in vehicle under 1/4 tank. So we pick up the truck with 1/4 tank and if in a rush and cant fill it up we get penalized? So the truck is always rented at 1/4 tank....since you don't allow the facility to fill the truck, you are basically just waiting for a customer to screw up and fill the tank by accident, meanwhile picking up $30 fees when someone doesn't bring the tank back at 1/4 tank. The bean-counters obviously write the policies at U-Haul.

Service was terrible. I reserved a furniture dollie and a regular Dollie. However when I went to pick up my truck, and dollies, the lady at the front desk said they don't carry furniture dollies. So why would you allow me to reserve one if they dont carry them.

I called to reserve a truck to move my airstream trailer. Picked it up and found out that the hitch doesn't work with an airstream trailer. Drove 4.5miles to the trailer and back. Total 9miles - was charged 9miles for gas and zero refund for renting me a wrong vehicle. Called Enterprise and got the perfect car for less money. Highly annoying.

Lock would not close for back of truck. Seat belt clip for middle passenger seat needed to be glued or fixed. Van did the job otherwise. Convenient location for us.

Vehicle is not balanced and aligned properly, Togo straight wheel must be crooked which makes it difficult to drive. Also am very unhappy that they're trying to charge me $46.20 for gas reimbursement when I brought it back at the same fuel level. I have photo evidence that it was returned at the same fuel level. Hoping to get this issue resolved easily through uhaul customer service. Would be very hesitant in renting or using uhaul again if I can't get this issue resolved when I have before and after photos of the fuel level showing that it's exactly the same. Thanks

We made a reservation online for this location, including a 7:30 am pickup. Upon arrival we find the office doesn't open until 10 am. We return at 10 only to then be told they don't have a reservation for us - despite the fact I had a copy of my confirmation email and confirmation number - didn't matter b/c it "wasn't in (their) system". We were able to rent a vehicle but were then told *we* had to contact UHaul to cancel the reservation we'd made to avoid getting charged for it. So not only does this location not have our reservation, they tell us we have to take steps to avoid being charged rather than offering to do it as a courtesy for being put off. The people here were nice enough but I will never rent online with them again.

Unnecessary delays in renting and returning the truck. Truck was dirty and a/c kept cutting in and out. Suspension bad. Bumpy ride. Got charged $5 for a brand new bag of 6 moving blankets that were brought back unused, still in original package and brand new.

Transmission failed within 3.5 miles of Location. Had to return and get an Uber to a location 10 miles away where my truck was not available for several hours. Then billed for the mileage on the first failed truck.
