Transmission failed within 3.5 miles of Location. Had to return and get an Uber to a location 10 miles away where my truck was not available for several hours. Then billed for the mileage on the first failed truck.

Your reps that call are not very friendly, and I had to fight/argue to get the guarantee...you changed my location twice, after it was verbally verified. I was also overcharged for fuel....we went 21.6 miles, and according to your estimates on your website, the truck gets 10 miles per gallon...why was I billed for almost 6 gallons???

Though I checked YES above re the equipment, the suspension seemed a bit unwieldy on the the truck I rented. I had a very local move so no big deal for me, but I would not have wanted to take that truck on the freeway. I told them at the facility.

Please be accurate with the information that is shared with the customer. I was told that my card would not be charged, it was only need to hold the order, then it was charged unnecessarily when my partner attempted to pay for the rental with her card when she returned the truck. We were also told by the regional uhaul (310 439 9268) that there would be an additional truck available for us as a one way in the middle of our move which could have helped us, but this location informed us when we got there that they do not offer 1 way trucks at all. Thirdly, there was a free month storage available at the inglewood Uhaul location in which we were going to store our stuff and we were told that the unit would be large enough for a 2 bedroom size storage and it was barely the size of a large closet! With a regular working day, this really screwed us big because we had no time to find another storage unit for our stuff after 5 pm! This became an EXTREMELY stressful time for us We wound up paying triple the amount expected due to false information on both sides of the Uhaul company, including regional. We are very dissatisfied with this experience, never mind, the countless hours we have spent being lead back and forth. I have called you guys several times over the last week from number 408 596 6562 expressing my concerns and have been shrugged off every time, stating "theres nothing we can do" if thats the case, then theres nothing I can do but tell people not yo go through Uhaul in the future Thanks for your time

The reservation was not on thier computer when I arrived, the woman had a poor attitude, the truck itself was in poor condition- the door weatherstripping completely fell out of place every time I opened the door and hung on top of me while I drove. There was no padlock with the truck. When I asked the woman at EZ Storage for another lock, she said, "call uhaul and take it up with them."

I wish I would have used uhaul the last time I moved. Everything was great, very clear pricing and the rep who helped me was wonderful. I am also very pleased with the mover helper option that you have on your website. It cost me half of what I paid a 3rd party to move me last time. Highly recommend and I will use uhaul again in the future.

Explanation of where and how to enter. If you miss it , it's not easy to get back to the gate. Telephone number for the actual location. We called and the woman just said enter and park anywhere. There were just two men in the office so we knew it was a different location or central phone number. The location staff was friendly and efficient!!

I did the express check in online and when I got there apparently the staff didn't know why it didn't go through. So what should have only taken a few minutes, took twenty minutes. Your trucks were dirty. Got to see a couple of the trucks since I was handed the wrong keys. Get your shit together. This was a bad and sloppy experience.

While the people were great and very helpful taking the time to explain in detail how to use the truck, I don't think you should charge so much for gas used. I drove less than 20 miles in one afternoon and did not have time to go put in a gallon of gas before returning the truck. Couldn't have been that much gas but I was charged $25. Notably your employee was very helpful on this issue -- alerting me to the charge, suggesting a solution to avoid the charge and even giving me dIrections to a nearby gas station. I just didn't have the time available to do it.
