They charged me esta $75 dollars and they never said anything until I checked my back and I noticed that they charged me more than what it’s supposed to because it was a deposit after I use my car and rent the same item several times never charged me any deposit or anything, plus I make a reservation on a place close by and they told me it will be ready by the time I said, when I showed up to pick it up they told me it was in a whole different location, like 45 minutes away, bad experience bad bad

No where to park. No box to drop key. Had to leave it with someone
Mica WWhen I got to the location and verified my truck the owner of the business REFUSED to give me the keys to the truck!! He was rude called some other person who LIED and said he didn’t know where the keys were. After 30 min dealing w the store owner and some other stranger they finally gave me the keys. Horrible business completely unprofessional
COURTNEY EI was charged for fuel after putting the fuel that I used back. Was told that the last person was supposed to put it on full and didnt and it was my responsibility to let the dealer know that it wasnt on full before I pulled off. Also after reviewing the contract there is a signature there that is not mine. I never signed anything when picking up the uhaul so Im not sure who signed it for me. The dealer was never there he talked to me over the phone. So its my guess that he never checked his truck. And he forged my signature. He never discussed fuel but because of pass experience with rentals I made sure I put it back. He was rude and mean for no reason. Not acceptable. Also his brother told me the truck was no good. He told me it was. Midway thru the ride it got shaky and engine light came on.
