Make sure you have the store hours correct as this location has summer winter hours but the owner was very accommodating. Great customer service. But for Uhaul don’t wait till the last minute to inform customer who placed order weeks in advance at one location then switch to another location. Don’t give that option unless equipment will be there.

Macy SNot so much the location, it’s the overly complicated process to rent that U-Haul has created. You have my name and credit card. Why do you need two additional names and information on them. Took over an hour of standing around restarting the process to rent a trailer I needed for 45 minutes. Not worth renting from U-Haul!
