The owner was rude and made threats regarding final payment to myself my added driver and my emergency contact.more than once she threatened me also after she tag it in as returned again about payment and didn't even give me a final bill after sending threating text messages to all 3 of us then,by chance was scrolling through my email and saw I received and email from uhaul which had total but never received one from bow tie storage just rude insulting and threating text messages demanding payment with out even saying what is owed

The lies that I got via text about not being able to extend the first day and the second “where are you the truck was reserved by another family at 9” so I speeded there after replying with my ETA only to find that no, the truck was not rented already.
