Location Staff was excellent. The customer who rented the van prior to my rental was almost 4 hours late. Very frustrating to have to wait, not the fault of Uhaul. I hope the customer that was late had to pay a large penalty.

Truck would not go in reverse. Inform worker Said we would have to customer service. When showing ID her phone wouldn’t work . Needed to use mine. Daughter got truck to work after 20 min with no help from worker. Plus truck was not at place I ordered it from . Had to go extra 20 min to pick it up
