There's not a rating low enough to give this pick up location. They were rude and told me there system was done and there was nothing they could or would do for me. They said there system was down and I needed to go somewhere else. I called the main number and was told no other rentals were available. After being persistent with the operator, they spoke to the location and told them to give me the truck. And I still didn't get the dolly I reserved and had to buy out of pocket costing another $150
