I returned my truck the same day I rented it and it was not checked in until 5 days later and after 9 phone calls and a ticket created from me with U-Haul because of my concerns. The regional area manager stated he would do it the day after I returned it It was not done and he no longer answered phone calls everywhere I was directed no one helped me until the 5th day.

U-Haul stores are great and customer service is very good. However the mom and pop locations need to be better trained on how to take care of customers. Also how to better take care of U-Haul.
Edward EWell i drop of truck before 4pm but receipt shows different. I have been over charged. Fuel i had more in than when i picked and I have been charged too. I drove less than 30 miles but I have chaged fuel. Too.
Alfred AThe cashier was very irritable and said he did not handle uhaul, his boss was not available so we had to wait 45 minutes for him to show up, and the cashier was very frustrated and very rude, and we had to call customer support as we were unsure we would get the uhaul.
Allison TIt took forever to even get the keys, then there were no furniture pads or dolly in the back. Also very strange area. Felt unsafe.
