This location and Lady working there was good. They took care of the reservation properly. But the uhaul experience overall wasn't good. Hung up on several times. Their system was down at the time that I picked up the equipment in Trinity, TX and again the store people were ok but the uhaul online and phone customer service was hit or miss. I was so frustrated by the end I was wishing that I had another moving option. But hey I got it done so there's that
