You can start by, making sure you believe the customer sometimes. I dropped off a trailer I rented at a different location, and was charged double what I paid for a local rental. I did ask the retailer where I could drop it off, and he did say anywhere. Now to be fair, in the beginning it was a one way rental, but that changed to a local rental. Although I asked when it was a one way rental, after it changed it was never mentioned that the drop off would change.
EDDY RWe rented a storage unit and truck. When we got to storage unit it was down and we could not unload truck. The lady there told us she would give us an extra day on truck so we went back home. The next day we took stuff to unit. When we were turning in truck they tried charging us the extra mileage and extra day. We had to call to get it all sorted out. None of this was our fault and it should not have been so difficult

OTTIS SDear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent trailer rental experience. The representative who assisted me was extremely inviting and professional. They even waited for me after store hours to make sure I was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. They were very helpful, set up the trailer properly, and made the pickup process smooth and easy. The customer service provided went above and beyond. The only issue I experienced was that the trailer’s running lights were not working. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until later during my trip. I wanted to make you aware of this in case the equipment needs to be inspected or serviced to prevent future issues. Overall, I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service and just wanted to provide both positive feedback and note the equipment concern. Thank you for your time. Sincerely,
