The truck was ok, someone before me had spilled a drink inside on the seats and the floor. That was no big deal, I cleaned it up. The appliance dolly and blankets were not there I had to go get them from another U-Haul place. Next time take the extra effort to clean and have all items ready for the customer so they don’t have to go get them, especially if they preordered.
