Lo que no me gusto que me dieron el carro sin gasolina y me dijeron que lo tenía que entregar con 1/4 de gasolina y lo entregue con un 1/4 de gasolina y me dijo que no era suficient pero que así lo podía entregar.

I had reserved my truck a week in advanced in Barstow. A day before my reservation, I received a call saying I would have to go all the way to Lucerne Valley to pick ot up. This was very inconvenient for me. Once I arrived in Lucerne Valley, I spent almost an hour trying to complete the pickup on the app. I had to call to get help. I was told that the app was down.

crisann cI had a truck reserved a week in advance, and the day before I was to pick it up, I received notice that the truck was not available. Buyer beware. There is no guarantee they will have the truck you need. I had to drive to Lucerne Valley to pick up the truck. There was no wifi at this location, and the cell phone service was bad, I couldn't check in. I was lucky the friend I was with had a different cell phone carrier, and was able to download the U-Haul app, log in as me, and check in for me. Unfortunately there were no other options to rent a truck at this time and location.
