The staff here are rude. We were on our way to return the truck and got a call from them and the individual was so rude and hostile to us. They have free roaming chickens at the site and the person who came out to “greet” us was scowling the whole time and rudely grabbed the keys from us.

TAMEEKO MHorrible experience… paid extra for 3 Dollie’s to move to a new house on a Sunday…. The Dollie’s we NOT IN THE TRUCK. And the closest U-Haul that was open was aN HOUR AWAY. I do not recommend this location !

Christine SU-Haul can improve! The U-Haul system went down so I could not pick up the U-Haul for almost 2 hrs past my pick up time!!! The U-Haul rental agent called & no one at U-Haul could help get me going either! Unacceptable! The U-Haul was a little dirty inside also.
