First, received a message that the pickup location had been changed and I had to drive to the next town. I arrived and there were no blankets in the truck. Called in for help and they wanted me to go around a pick them up at different locations spread around. So basically no customer service. The customer does most of the work.
Chris LI locked the keys in the truck by mistake. Setup roadside assistance to come unlock the door. Instead of letting me return the truck fueled up the towed it away and charged me for the fuel and the tow. Very displeased.
