The website was not working properly. I tried to do things online like requested but it never showed the reservation I had made. The person at Sunrise Rentals was very patient and helpful.

Excellent and friendly customer service
Leslie LNo one at the location during normal business hours. Had to make several calls to pickup the trailer. U-Haul app was not working properly. Extremely frustrating that U-Haul representative was not helpful at all.

JEFFREY AThe first truck I was given had the check engine light on, I was going on a 205 mile trip. The agent had no way of checking the codes. So they gave me the only other truck the had. It turned out that this truck the air conditioning did not work, I had movers scheduled and had to use the truck. It was a very miserable trip to say the least. Also the phone number for the pickup no one answered, only to find out the agent no longer existed. Poor service to say the least.
